Well, Coaching for Life is committed to empowering Millennial and Gen Z women to bridge the gap between healing and thriving. We support you in taking the tools and wisdom you are learning on your healing journey, whether that’s in therapy or self-study, and applying them to your daily life. I work with you to create a life you’re excited about.
Coaching Services:
Free
This complementary 15-minute call is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll get to know a little bit about you, we’ll discuss some of your goals for coaching and see if we are a good fit for each other.
$125 per session
Experience the transformative power of a one-time, 60 minute coaching session designed for your unique needs. Together, we’ll explore strategies and insights to help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Whether facing a life change or seeking a new perspective, this is a supportive space for your journey toward holistic wellness and self-discovery.
$100 Per Session ($500 total)
In this five-session package, you’ll experience personalized coaching designed to support you. In each session, we’ll explore your unique challenges and goals and then uncover the tools you need to move forward. Together, we’ll identify actionable steps, and create a personalized roadmap to empower you to overcome obstacles and embrace new possibilities.

What is Coaching?
The relationship between a coach and client is collaborative, meaning that you and I are equals in this process, and both have an active role.
Coaching is different from therapy– Therapists look to the past to help you understand what is keeping you from solving your challenges or achieving your goals. Coaches use questions and active listening to support you in creating your own plan to achieve your goals.
I do believe that therapy is an important part of the healing process. My goal is to complement, not replace, traditional mental health services. So I encourage you to maintain a relationship with a licensed healthcare provider and to seek immediate professional help in case of emergencies or crises.
